05/05/20: On being sane in insane places

When we think of someone being sane we relate that as someone also being “normal” we don’t exactly know the deffiniton of normal but rather society has put forth a stereotypical of what someone acts like or is when they are normal. There is some things that people do that we generalize as odd or suspicious and for the most part those things are universal to majority of people. We look at this study and we see how these people who are sane go into this hospital to somehow see how it really functions. The issue with this is that once you are put into this hospital type of setting they automatically consider you to be insane so therefore they treat you differently than a sane person and ignorer for you to leave that facility you basically have to let them know why you should be able to leave because now you are sane. The issue with this is that we see how we put eight sane people on the inside and they were treated as if they were insane so therefore the workers can not tell difference of a sane and insane person. The people on the inside can tell more if someone is insane rather than insane because they have already claimed their insanity so they are able to look at people and be able to tell the difference. We can look at the environment of these people then we look at in the jail and we realize how it is weird to think we mix people of both see and insane and then we can isolate them and do all these other things and then expect them to come out perfectly sane which is not going to happen .
