03/10/20: Wishard, Caught between the ages

When Marx was developing the research of trying to see how the world shifted in such a way that shifted from Agriculture to Industrialization he was able to see a lot of change that happened in society. While I have lived my whole life in the Industrialization period I can hear about the different period but its crazy for me to comprehend that there was an actual time that people actually lived off growing there own things and basically working for themselves. Now with the change that occurred there is so much variety of selves considering like in class we look around and no one is wearing the same thing as one another and this shows how there is such a big difference with how the world was before in previous times. Now with there being more separation different ideas started to develop you started to see other people develop bigger goals rather than just thinking inside the box in which they were used to . For example it was seen rather than working for themselves they had to help a bigger company and although this bigger company was walking away with way more money it just happened to be like that and that is the way that society is set up. This made os many lose their identity we live in such a robotic society that like we discussed in class it is like a screw and at 40 years old we can have a wake up call and realized all that we had been doing was twisting this screw into the same thing and really not pushing us to get anywhere. Among nations we see how social class clashes with how different things are because there is a certain top 1% that reaches the part of succeeding and we live by the saying that we can get that high as long as we work hard enough and basically if we don’t its because we didn’t work hard enough is crazy. Technology is developing and this is what is going to take over very soon humans are able to do a lot but with us working there comes paying wages and if we invest in a robot in the long run we would be saving money although it is getting rid of many people being employed. As everything else in developing many of humans being needed is decreasing we live in such a sad time but also very fast moving where we look back 20 years ago and we can see cell phones were not of buzz now everyone has one it shows just how fast everything is moving and how many people are getting knocked out of jobs in the way of it.
