When conducting the research the main question is what/ why are you gathering this data and how will it be interpreted. For example in class we talked about our level of education while gathering that research it can be somewhat tricky because even if we numbered all of the choices there can be a lot of choices especially depending on the group the we are talking to for example are we using Americas education system basis or are we using a different countries. This is why while researching you can run into many different situations and this is why data is not always reliable because without annoying the person who is taking this survey or getting samples for a research they don’t want to have to deal with a bunch of different question with answers that are too in to detail and to time consuming. While trying to understand what type of research that you need to do that gives you the best results you also then run into the social area that you are in and how this can be effected as well considering if you are asking a question in a diverse area you are going to be getting all types of different answers and that is why there is really no ” ideal, correct” answer because depending on the person it can make total sense . That is why not all research is measurable because there is not enough choices exactly for all people to choose from. So this is where focus groups can be beneficial because this is easier for people to be more honest and open with a more intimate setting but there is always room for people to be scared or kind of change their honesty in the research and that can hinder the results . That is why there are so many different types of research methods to turn to especially depending on what the research is pertaining to for the best utilization of the turn out and that is if this day and age people actually will be willing to be part of a research at all.
