02/06/20 Required Entry: Our version of the “Nacirema”

These Nacirema people every couple weeks go to a building and inside has buckets with chairs attached in a room and people go there to get their feet submersed into hot water and scrubbed harshly with a stone . They sit there with other people while one persons feet are in a bucket of steaming hot water and another person has their hands submersed into the same water the others feet are in. One person rubs a stone onto the bottom of a foot while the other person moves as if if the stone is hurting their foot . They then get different colors put onto there feet that comes out of a bottle with a brush. Also in the building is people sitting in chairs with long clear plastic looking things as nails that are long and another has a weapon that had a loud noise that is cutting the plastic and the other person sits and watches them doing this .
